Payment Policy

We do not ship any orders until payment has been received in full. If you are picking an order up in-store, you can make payment at that time.
 

Shipping Policy

We provide shipping within Canada, via Canada Post at a flat-rate fee of $15.00.

We offer free delivery to your door in Collingwood and in the Bloor West Street Neighborhood of Toronto, provided that your address is within a 25km radius of our shop.

Free in-store pick-up is always available.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the mail delivery date
• Please e-mail us before returning your purchase so we can adjust our record
• All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn/unwashed and undamaged
• The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for the returned item
• For local customers, in Collingwood, Toronto and Stratford, drop off can be arranged
