This company paved our driveway in late July and was paid in full for the work. The next day, for some unknown reason, one of their employees brought a roller covered with mud onto our freshly paved driveway resulting in a stain nearly the full length of the driveway. Later that day, I brought the problem to the attention of the owner, George McQueen, who said they would look after the stain. After 3 weeks and numerous phone calls, he re-appeared at our driveway and once again promised to take care of the problem. That was a month ago and nothing has been done! It would appear that McQueen believes that if he ignores me long enough, I will simply drop the matter. I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Collingwood and I intend to let anyone that I know just how he conducts his business. There is no better advertising than a satisfied customer and no worse advertising than an unhappy customer! The problem was created by their error and it should be corrected without this kind of delay!
