Second level Hybrid wall panels are lifted in by crane. The windows and siding are already installed so from the outside, the second level is finished!

More timbers are added for the 2nd level floor system as you can see here. Hmmm, what about the flooring that goes on top of that? We supply pine T&G for you or your GC to install! The floor surface of the second level forms the ceiling for the main level! Pretty neat!

Now that the main level walls are in place, we need to secure and stabilize them. With what? you may well ask. Heavy timber beams (girders) as you can see in this photo. And so begins the post & beam structure......

Let's build a Hybrid house! Starting with....prefabricated wall panels. Conventionally framed walls (main & second levels) are panelised and finished on the exterior with siding (where else would that go right?), and there are lots of siding choices! As for the interior side of the panel....Stud walls ready for electrics, insulation & drywall. Oh, make sure you have your foundation & sub floor ready so our team can install the panels!
