Background

Rick’s Pro Ski Shop has been operating as a ski shop in this location for over fifty years. 
It was first owned by Carl Zotter in the early sixties, then by Rick Sim. 
Rick was a well known ski mechanic in the Blue Mountains and ran the shop from 2001-2012. 
Brody Nickels the current owner. Nickels started working for Rick when he was 13-years-old and took over four years later.

Rentals

Why rent from us?  Because we have the best prices around AND our ski technician will custom fit you AND you get to sit in our cool LIFT CHAIR.   
We had customers in the store renting skis and some of their friends were at another establishment waiting in a line that was reported to be more than an hour (or two) just to get the rentals.  They texted their friends and said “come here to Rick’s Pro Ski Shop.  Their are no lines” 

Tune Ups 

We will tune according you your level and style of skiing.
“We tune as if we were tuning our OWN skis”.

We carry a full line of skis from several manufacturers including Nordica, Dynastar, Kastle, Leckie and Elan.  We’ll fit you the right way.  This is what we do for a living.  We KNOW skis!

Rick's continues to offer half back for junior ski packages.  For example if you spent $200.00 on the package then we will give you $100.00 for the next package. 

Boot Sales

Both Alpina and Nordica boots are available. When you come in to Rick's your boots will be fitted by technicians with years of experience. They will not be satisfied until YOU have a boot that fits comfortably.
