GIVE STRAIGHT HAIR A REST I know that people love to straighten their hair every day, and although I’m not the biggest fan, I can understand the appeal. But the constant heat does damage your curls, so let them go free every couple of days or so. It’s a little harder to get the curls to behave if you’re bouncing between straight and curly, but they’ll be much healthier.
