We are still renovating for our opening and expect to be open by August 15th.

We have just got in some premium ingredients from Italy.

Foodies may be familiar with Caputo "00" flour and San Marzano D.O.C tomatoes. These will accompany other premium ingredients including local Roma tomatoes.

We will be selling many varieties of pasta by weight, fresh made sauces and gourmet prepared meals

We take the love of food to a new level. Our pasta is made fresh daily from premium ingredients and Spring Water. We offer many varieties and specialty pastas including gluten-free, organic, whole wheat, flavored and stuffed pastas. We make our sauces from scratch with fresh tomatoes and other fresh ingredients.
