My name is Heather McIntyre and I am the founder of The Chronicles of Momma Mac and a certified Life & Wellness Empowerment Coach, Juice Plus Consultant & Aboriginal Healing Facilitator! My journey on this path began over 10 years ago when life as I knew it came crumbling down around me. The childhood that I had tried to bandaid had finally caught up with me and there was no mistaking that this time my soul wanted to heal. This was the place that looking back now, I would truly find my passion, my soul and my purpose as I healed the wounded warrior inside of me and broke free from the chains of PTSD, Panic Disorder and Anxiety. Do I still have reminders, you bet... I just know how to handle them now from a positive healing place.

My journey out of this has been one of my greatest challenges and my most profound accomplishments! My coaching practice is so diverse and unique because of it! I have so much to offer everyone now as a result of the painful journey that was truly my greatest healing!. As a coach, it is my job to hold the space for transformation in peoples lives. I do this now with a variety of sacred circles events, workshops, online self-care programs, online wellness work, one on one coaching support, wellness education and my exclusive online membership network Awaken By Heather filled with everything you need to live life, love life and change your life!
