FITNESS TIP OF THE WEEK from one of our amazing trainers Mattias Huycke! When it comes to repetitions think quality over quantity. Remember muscles cannot count, so doing 8-12 reps at a rapid pace wont do the same thing as 8-12 at a slightly slower and controlled tempo; muscles respond well to time under tension. Manipulating this can result in varying progress in muscle development.
